(a) You must first register with our company website/IT administration to log onto the system; 

 

(b) The ORQS is meant to provide a valid, simple, verifiable and accurate rate quotation directly by an automated system, without the intervention of a human staff at the point of request.

 

(c) The information obtained from the ORQS is supplied together with a unique Validation Key (ORQS-VK) for each completed query to protect its veracity and validity.

 

(d) The user of these information is responsible to keep this ORQS-VK available and must be able to provide the unique ORQS-VK and its complete related information set upon request by the owner of this website and upon decoding, must reflect with complete accuracy the information provided by the user in its entirety, to be covered by any warranty of use provided in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

 

(e) Once the accuracy of the ORQS-VK and its complete related information is confirmed by decoding, the information provided by the ORQS can be taken as a valid commercial quotation, subjected to the limitation of Section 12 in the Terms and Conditions of Use.
